Following the decision of Vonpende Holdings P.L.C., the Company’s sole shareholder, to proceed with the delisting of its shares from the Cyprus Stock Exchange, the Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange announced its decision to delist the shares with effective date as from 21st of December 2023.
